1 August 2021: Flag-raising in the NEXPO cities
NEXPLORER takes the step from the individual to the collective and becomes tangible. Just in time for 1 August 2021, the values survey presents the first results from the NEXPO founding cities. Not only digitally, but as waving flags above the roofs of Basel, Bern, Biel, Geneva, Lausanne, Lugano, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Winterthur and Zurich.
From over 2000 participants and their individual results, Swiss crosses with very special characteristics were generated for every city, which are hoisted as flags at emblematic locations.
During this special Tour de Suisse, video clips with comments by the ten mayors were created to document the hoisting of the NEXPLORER city flags.
Workshop report 2021
In spring 2021, NEXPLORER produced a workshop report in the form of a video at the exhibition "Ideas Switzerland" in the National Museum in Zurich. The video looked ahead to the second year of NEXPLORER and asked the new NEXPO management Christina Hanke, Niels Olsen and Fredi Fischli about their wishes and values.
